OFOGH - VERITAS Geophysical Services

OFOGH - VERITAS Geophysical Services is a joint venture company between IOID and VERITAS DGC of UK. VERITAS DGC is one of the world's leading providers of advance geophysical technologies.

The joint venture aims to provide reliable and accurate interpretation and processing services on the seismic data acquisition. Execution of such services in Iran will optimize costs to the satisfaction of our clients. Venture is planning to expand its capabilities in Iran from 2D studies to 3D seismic interpretation and processing services.

IOID - Petro-Techna


Petro-Techna International Ltd. is designer and fabricator of various process packages in Canada. IOID and PTIL have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to fabricate such packages in Iran. Process packages include Desalters, Crude Heaters, Heat Exchangers and Chemical Injection Packages all of which can be fabricated by local fabricators, under license, and with a joint PTIL/IOID management and supervision to ensure quality assurances, performance guarantee, and compliance with international standards.

  
 

IOID - Pipeline Engineering


Pipeline Engineering Company is designer and fabricator of various types of the pipeline pigs, Pig Launchers and Receivers, with all its related components such as Pig Signaler and Rapid Opening Closure (ROC). IOID and PE have signed a Joint Venture Agreement to fabricate such packages in Iran with design and supervision of the parties to the JV. Current plans are to fabricate pig launcher and receivers through local fabricators and utilize signalers and ROCs from foreign sources.
