IOID, with its partners, Edgo Group and Razin Group holding S.A.L,, possessing extensive financing experience in the Middle East and Europe, has created the capability to invest and take equity in the petroleum development projects along with international entities including oil and gas companies.

We take pride for our participation as equity partners in the following projects:

South Caspian Exploration Project: Partnership with Lasmo PLC of UK for exploration activities in the Caspian Sea oil blocks in a consortium with SHELL, VEBA and KEPCO. IOID's engagement was 10 percent of Lasmo equity shares, representing 4 percent of the entire project.

Oil Enhancement Project: Partnership with Lasmo in oil enhancement project in Khuzestan. The execution of this project was discontinued and deferred.

Darquain Oil Enhancement and Development Project: IOID’s capabilities to support the execution of this onshore project, prompted ENI of Italy to awarding the option of up to 15 percent of equity to IOID.

IOID’s past record and sound relations with international financial institutions has provided the status and opportunity to play a significant role as equity partner in the Iranian oil and gas sector.
